Snowy Plover BrochureIonia Design Studio has just finished a series of projects for the Rancho Guadalupe Dunes Preserve in Guadalupe, CA.

Rancho Guadalupe is an extraordinary and unique nature preserve. It features the tallest sand dunes on the west coast (over 500 feet high) and has been named a National Wildlife Refuge for endangered and threatened species like the Western snowy plover. The preserve has also served as a filming location for several major films including Cecil B. DeMille’s The Ten Commandments.

Individual project elements included artwork for a new visitor information kiosk, bilingual signage and brochures with information about the preserve and the habitat and habits of the Western snowy plover.
